We’ve been trying to save a few pennies here and there, so we’ve been making our own ‘go juice’ lately. Among the many methods we have to choose from, the mini-espresso maker seems to suit us. Using our favorite little MSR Pocket Rocket we can brew up anywhere; hotel rooms, a host’s kitchen, even our campsite.

Visit the Twin Cities. Good biking, good food, great coffee! We found the mural on the side of The Angry Catfish, a new bicycle shop/cafe. We managed to hit all three of these caffiene/cycling/culture venues (One on One Studio and Cars R Coffins Cafe were the others) during our visit last week.
Coffee is absolutely necessary for us on the road. And yes, we’ll even brew it in the bathroom. Don’t worry, we only operate in this fashion if there’s a vent.
